Each Associate is cross-trained at each facility to know your operation and how it works. they are an ASSET to both MPS, LLC and your company and understand policies and procedures for each individual site and adapt to to each facility.

Leadership Bios
Founder
Ronald P. Sanchez
Ron attended New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM. Ron held various management positions throughout his career in different fields such as finance, sales, operations and founded Managed Production Services, LLC in April 2012. He founded the company with the mantra that he could help business partners save money on labor by allowing better budgeting/forecasting tools for the companies who hired MPS LLC as a business partner and secondly, pay employees more if they were dedicated, hard-workers. His goal was to enhance others’ lives by allowing them to earn above market wages.
Ron passed away in August 2017 but these founding principles are what continues to drive the company today in honour of his legacy.
President
Joel R. O'Sullivan
Joel graduated from the University of South Carolina, Columbia in 1992. He pursued his business career in the hospitality industry and has been working within the industry for 28 years. He held both sales and operations leadership positions for Intercontinental Hotels Group, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International and Hilton Hotels in the roles of Director of Sales & Marketing, General Manager and Regional Director of Operations. In these positions, he was responsible for sales, operations and revenue management for a portfolio of hotels both regionally and throughout the United States. Joel has experience working in a variety of markets across the US. Joel assumed the role of President and Owner of Managed Production Services, LLC in August 2017.
Joel is based in Charleston, SC and in his spare time enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and travelling.
Executive Vice President Operations
Jeff Desimone
Jeff joined Managed Production Services LLC in January 2012, bringing 27 years of logistics/warehouse management experience to the company, 20 of those years have been spent in upper management positions. Jeff serves as the Executive Vice-President of Operations coordinating daily warehouse processes across multiple sites as well as being liaison to all of MPS LLC’s customer base. Some of the many training certifications Jeff has received includes:

In his spare time Jeff enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and is an avid fisher. He is member of First Baptist Church, the Savannah Maritime Association, Savannah Traffic Club and the Ft Stewart Bass Anglers.
Site Manager
Felicia M. Benton
Felicia attended South University in Savannah, GA. She has thrived in the field of Logistics for over 25 years. Felicia has held both operations lead and management positions for Walmart Distribution Center, King Finishing, and Matson Logistics in the role of Operations Supervisor and Warehouse Manager. She is currently working towards receiving certification as both a Warehousing and Distribution Specialist, and Manufacturing Specialist. She has been with Managed Production Services, LLC for 4 years, and has worked passionately and tirelessly to uphold Ron’s founding principles for MPS.
Felicia is based in Savannah, GAand finds joy in spending her spare time with family and friends.
Vice President Business Affairs
Bryce Genova
Bryce graduated from Graceland University in 2010. A native of Kansas City, Missouri, he moved to Savannah, Georgia in 2011 and began working in logistics as an operations supervisor. In 2012 he joined Managed Production Services LLC in the early stage of the company. Since then he has overseen all aspects of Business Administration and continues to do so in his current role.
In his spare time Bryce enjoys playing a bit of soccer/golf and spending time with his Wife and dogs.
Business Administration
Courtney Devane
Courtney is a native of North Carolina, there she worked for 8 years as an Order Processing Analyst for MJ Soffe Company. She moved to Savannah in 2012, were she began working at OA Logistics as an Order Processing Analyst. Courtney also held the position of Lead Customer Service Representative for Matson Logistics. In April 2015 she joined Managed Production Services, LLC.
In her spare time Courtney enjoys quilting, sewing, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
